I really love this teething necklace! I was very excited to receive it! Just by looking at it, I can't even tell it is a teething necklace! It will go well with most of my Sister's great outfits, since that who I actually got it for. My Sister is expecting her second child, and from the moment she discovered that she was pregnant, I have begun a box of items to send to her. This will be in the box. She lives in California with her Husband and almost 2 year old Daughter, and live in Washington State. Therefore, I will not be able to be there for the baby shower. She struggled with the baby shower when she was having her first baby, so I want to make sure she has all of her needs taken care of as a surprise the day of her baby shower. This teething necklace, I know she is going to love. It feels so soft! It is very durable and actually quite strong! It is made of food grade silicone and is BPA Free which is very important to our health. I am so very grateful when I see products such as this that have chew safe knots in them preventing pieces from falling off that could cause baby to choke. The string is really strong so unless it is deliberately cut, I cannot actually see the necklace breaking as an actual thing that could happen. The teething necklace is dishwasher safe to keep baby safe from germs. This necklace is great for calming teething babies as it provides a gentle pressure on those sore gums while also keeping baby engaged and entertained while they focus on relieving that pain. I find this teething necklace a much better solution as an alternative than baby teething gels, tablets, or medicine. I always feel it is best to try something natural first rather than resorting to a medicine that could cause harm to baby's heart, liver, or kidneys. This is definitely the better option in my opinion. I am extremely happy with this product. I know my sister will be very happy as well! This product is very well designed for that discretion that some of us Mom's are always looking for. No one will even know that this is a teething necklace unless you tell them. I would absolutely recommend this product.
