  This stuff is seriously unbelievable! My Sister, who lives in California, miles away from me so I don't get to see her, she kept telling me to get this stuff to whiten my teeth. She said it is her secret. She has nearly perfect teeth. She goes to the Dentist all the time so I just assumed it has to be just because she takes really good care of her teeth. No way could this charcoal whiten anyone's teeth, they must be fools is what I was thinking. My teeth have been getting more yellow and yellow every year it seems and it has been bugging me. I am a coffee drinker but don't smoke and rarely drink tea. I have been very afraid to try teeth whiteners (except what is in my toothpaste, which can only do so much) because every time I see the Dentist, they tell me to be careful using whiteners as they can make your teeth enamel wear, and your teeth brittle over time. I followed my Sisters suggested use and had incredible results in the first day of use! She suggested that I wet my toothbrush, sprinkle some charcoal directly onto my toothbrush and brush like I would normally. I was very adamant about brushing thoroughly for about 3 minutes to try to keep the charcoal on my teeth as long as I could. Then I spit it out carefully into the sink, its extremely messy so I clean as I go. After spitting, I cupped some water in my hands and put it in my mouth and swished a little bit to help rinse. Then I cleaned my toothbrush well to remove all charcoal from my toothbrush. I applied my regular whitening toothpaste, and again brushed regularly. After that I swished with mouthwash to help dislodge any hiding charcoal in my teeth and then flossed. Sometimes the charcoal can hide in between teeth that are tightly spaced together. This charcoal is the safest alternative to teeth whitening I have been able to find. I split my bag with my 16 year old Daughter who was very impressed with my results. I am just in disbelief on how much of a miracle this has done for my teeth. They were getting so yellow and now they are almost a perfect shade of white! I am also thankful that this has a multitude of other uses especially for safety. Being that I have a family size of 6, This charcoal is great to have on hand for accidental overdose, or poison control. Thankfully I haven't needed it for that reason, so I mostly just use it for my teeth. I absolutely love it! I have already recommended it to my friends and family who have keep asking me where to get it. I sent them here. So happy!
